备注：This strain (L1) is a derivative of the OriM strain, which was isolated from a 6-year culture of a microcosm culture composed of Micractinium sp. (i.e., OriM), Escherichia coli, and Tetrahymena thermophila. This strain is characterized as forming cell aggregates (no growth rate data in the medium in Table). This strain grows by forming cell aggregates, which tend to form algal-bacterial aggregates (i.e., symbiotic association) when co-cultured with bacteria by trapping bacterial cells inside the aggregates.
