备注：This strain (OriM) is the original (ancestral) strain used in a long-term microcosm culture composed of Micractinium sp., Escherichia coli, and Tetrahymena thermophila. This strain exhibits a growth rate of 0.66 d-1 in the medium in Table (no organic compounds; 12L:12D at 30?C). This strain grows in a dispersed fashion without forming cell aggregates. This strain does not exhibit symbiotic associations with Tetrahymena thermophila or Escherichia coli. This strain is resistant to streptomycin, kanamycin, and ampicillin.
