JCRB Cell Bank 日本JCRB细胞保藏中心 细胞资源目录-10

日本JCRB细胞保藏中心(JCRB细胞库)成立于1985年,JCRB保藏中心通过了BS EN ISO 9001:2008认证,提供了近1400多种细胞株和细胞系。JCRB细胞库专注于收集人类和动物的各种培养细胞,包括癌症和转基因细胞。JCRB的细胞资源被分发给日本和世界各地的研究人员。这些细胞经过了充分的微生物污染、病毒污染和交叉培养污染检测,均验证为合格细胞株。一些细胞经过了核型和/或细胞表面标记特征鉴定。JCRB一直致力于开发细胞培养和质量控制的新方法,以支持药物科学的医学基础研究。

JCRB细胞库发展史

1985年,日本癌症研究资源库(JCRB)在日本国立卫生健康科学研究所(national institute of health health sciences)成立,是目前东京国立卫生科学研究所(national institute of health sciences)的前身,借鉴并学习了ATCC提供的细胞库基本管理方案。

1995年,JCRB更名为日本研究生物资源收藏,由日本卫生科学基金会建立的健康科学研究资源库(HSRRB)启动。

2005年,国家生物医学创新研究所成立。JCRB细胞库从日本国立卫生研究院转移到日本国立大学,并相应地从东京转移到大阪茨城。

2013年,HSRRB关闭,细胞系的分布由JCRB负责。

2015年,国家生物医学创新、健康与营养研究院(NIBIOHN)由国家生物医学创新研究院(NIBIO)和国家健康与营养研究院(NIHN)联合成立。
